1. Practice your Qi-gong;
Lungs (bringing energy up from earth on inhale and 'ssss' sound on exhale overhead, repeat 3X, then cross hands across lungs with tongue on roof of mouth smile into your lungs thinking about the word courage and white gems),
Kidneys (hands sweeping down legs to knees, bending saying 'chui', repeat 3X, place hands on lower back over kidneys with tongue on roof of mouth smile into your kidneys thinking about the word gentleness and a dark blue/black flowing river),
Liver (interlacing fingers pull up on the inhale, rotate wrists pushing up on the exhale and bending to the left saying 'shhh', repeat 3X, overlap hands over liver, under the right lower rib, with tongue on roof of the mouth smile into your liver thinking about the word kindness and a glowing green forest).
2. Use your clay to make a model of yourself as a Terracotta Warrior. Use newspaper on your workspace as the clay does have a light stain. Starting with the lower body and building up from this foundation helps keep it sturdy. You can add the limbs and head on along with adding pieces for armour, weapons and accessories. You can look of a picture of yourself to help with the detials of your features. You can use the toothpick or carving tools to carve the details in for the face, features, hair, details. Wetting the clay a little can help affix pieces and smooth out areas. Play around ... if you don't like it, squish it down and try again. Get creative. Let air dry overnight (at least) and paint or add colour accents if you wish. You can make weaponry for your soldier too. Feel free to name yourself using Chinese military titles.
3. This is optional but recommended as it gives a lot of insight into the ways of this leader. It is well done and has some great dramatization that I am sure many of you will enjoy (their are lots of ruthless ways so be prepared to cringe every now and again).
